Blue or Silver Dynamic, is the more expensive Varta battery worth it for a normal sedan?

I was at a battery shop on Saturday and the guy put two Varta batteries on the counter, a Blue one and a Silver Dynamic, and asked which one I wanted. I said I did not know, and he said “the Silver one is better, but it costs more.” That was the whole explanation. I drive a 2016 Honda Accord with about 110,000 km, and I mostly do city trips with the AC on. My brother says the cheaper one is fine for a normal car and that the extra money only pays for the box. My neighbor says the better one lasts longer in this heat and handles stop and go traffic much better. A friend at work told me to look at the warranty, the capacity and the starting power before choosing, not only the price. Another colleague said the technology inside is different, and that cars with start stop or lots of electronics need the stronger type, but he could not say if mine counts. I read a page on in the evening to understand the basics, and it explained the main Varta Blue vs Silver Dynamic battery differences in simple words, like build quality, power and how long each one is meant to last, which I saved in my notes. I still want to hear from real drivers, because a page can say anything and the summer is the real test. My questions are easy. Did you notice a real difference in starting or lifespan after paying more? Is the Blue one enough for a car with no start stop system? How many summers did your battery last, and which type was it? And should I ask the shop to show me the date code before they fit it? Please share what you chose. Thanks for reading.
