Tropical greenhouse lovers: What are your suggestions to cashew trees?

I find it interesting how do cashews grow, in particular, their humidity needs. I am establishing a small green house and considering placing on it a tabletop fountain by abodelook to ensure the levels of moisture are maintained. Has not some one succeeded in getting a tree of nuts in a temperate climate?
